Our Mystery Shopping programme lets us continuously measure our service standards, helping us not only to identify our strengths but, more importantly, helping us to identify areas where we can improve – as seen from the customer’s perspective.
We are constantly on the lookout for people to be part of our Mystery Shopper team; people who can tell us what we are getting right – and wrong – by visiting our stores and recording their experiences.

No previous experience is necessary as a detailed orientation process will be given to all successful applicants. We also provide mentoring through our Customer Service Measurement Centre officers.
