These Terms and Conditions govern this competition. Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid. Please keep a copy for your records.
Williams-Sonoma Middle East is operated by M.H. Alshaya Co. W.L.L., Alshaya International Co WLL and any of their affiliates (here in after together called “Alshaya” for the purposes of these Terms & Conditions).
HOW TO ENTER
The competition commences at 10:00 AM (GMT+3) on September 27, 2017 and closes at 3:00 PM (GMT+3) on October 09, 2017 (the “Competition Period”).
To enter this competition entrants must:
a) Have their own, individual public Instagram account.
a) Follow @WilliamsSonomaMENA on Instagram, for the avoidance of doubt all entrants must be following @WilliamsSonomaMENA at the time of judging.
a) Tag a friend on the post to win.
Clause 4 constitutes one entry and multiple entries are accepted as long as the entrant has met all the entry criteria on each comment and each friend tagged is a different account. No automated, bulk, third party or consumer group entries are permitted.
All submissions will be the property of Alshaya and the winner agrees to reasonable publicity. Alshaya may use the name and any photos from the submission for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without compensation. Each entrant warrants to Alshaya that his or her entry does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any person.
Williams-Sonoma Middle East and Alshaya are not responsible for incomplete or late entries. Late incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected response will be deemed invalid.
WHO CAN ENTER
Entrants must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of Kuwait and not employees of Williams-Sonoma Middle East or Alshaya, their immediate families, or anyone else connected with this promotion.
Each entrant must provide a valid name, contact number, and email address upon request. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that his or her entry will not be obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, immoral, or encouraging of conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, gives rise to civil liability or violate any law.
HOW TO WIN
The winner will be randomly selected.
There will be only 1 winner from Kuwait.
The winner shall be notified via an Instagram direct message.
The winner will be announced on 10 October 2017. Entrants who are not winners will not receive any notification at all.
THE PRIZE
The winner will receive a Premium Bosch Espresso Machine from Williams-Sonoma with a retail value of KD 420.
The winner is required to respond within 72 hours of notification in order to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this time period will result in the prize being void and an alternative winner will be selected.
The winner must accept all parts of the prize; the prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there are no cash alternatives.
To redeem the prize in store, the winner must bring at least one form of identification (passport, civil ID, etc).
OTHER
The winner agrees to participate in any promotional activities associated with the prize such as public appearances, photo opportunities or general media purposes as might be required by Williams-Sonoma Middle East and Alshaya.
Williams-Sonoma Middle East and Alshaya assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
The personal data submitted as part of the entry process will only be used as outlined in Alshaya’s Privacy Policy which is available at

This competition is promoted by Williams-Sonoma Middle East and Alshaya and is in no way endorsed, sponsored, or administered by Instagram nor is it in any way associated with Instagram.
Entries containing offensive content or content which condones, promotes or encourages any illegal or immoral activities of any nature, are not permitted and will not be considered.
Williams-Sonoma Middle East and Alshaya’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Williams-Sonoma Middle East and Alshaya reserve the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal or greater value.
This competition is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
