Exchange & Refund Policy

Alshaya Group is happy to offer an exchange or offer refunds for goods which are returned to the store in the condition in which they were bought, and with a receipt. As a general rule, where refunds or exchanges are permitted but stores remain closed, goods can be returned up to 14 days after stores reopen.
