KidZania Kuwait, the newly launched edutainment destination, is pleased to welcome the American University School (AUS) to its growing family of industry partners. The American University School, based on the Common Core American Standards Curriculum, is sponsoring the School establishment within KidZania Kuwait, which comprises an important key element in the edutainment journey for the city's young visitors.
The American University School's establishment provides an educational environment for toddlers through a realistic and interactive school setting. Specially designed for children below the age of 3, the exclusive toddler's area provides young visitors with a chance to learn and enjoy an array of exciting pre-school activities, and prepare them to embrace starting school.
Commenting on the partnership, Dr Jennifer J. Beckwith, Founding Director at AUS said: "The American University School of Kuwait looks forward to a lengthy partnership with KidZania to provide the children of Kuwait a spectacular and unique learning experience. The AUS and KidZania visions are closely aligned with the goal of creating individualized kid-friendly opportunities in a safe and secure environment. Our motto – 'AUS, a Better Choice', certainly reflects KidZania's model."
KidZania Kuwait's visitors can explore the school establishment by signing up, receiving name tags, joining other kids in classrooms and participating in a variety of fun, creative activities from making music with various instruments, jamming with drum sets and getting their feet on the dance floor to taking part in art workshops. Toddlers enjoy their very own secluded area, exclusively designed for younger visitors and will benefit from learning while playing this range of exciting activities.
Commenting on the new marketing partnership, Vice President of the Leisure and Entertainment Division at M. H. Alshaya Co., Fernando Medroa said, "We are delighted to announce our collaboration with AUS. It is important to have an academic institution on board as we believe that it will encourage children to enjoy and engage in the pre-school environment while teaching them the significance of education and teamwork, giving our visitors a comprehensive experience."
