Beverly Hills cupcake bakery expands internationally with M.H. Alshaya Co.

Sprinkles Cupcakes, the original cupcake bakery founded in Beverly Hills and beloved by Hollywood celebrities, has made its international debut in Kuwait at Grand Avenue - The Avenues. The opening of the first Sprinkles Cupcakes Bakery outside of the United States was officially celebrated by Sprinkles' founder Charles Nelson.

Founded by Candace and Charles Nelson, Sprinkles opened in 2005 as the world's first cupcake bakery. Today, most cupcake bakeries take their inspiration from Sprinkles which operates 11 locations in the U.S and is brought to the Middle East by M.H. Alshaya Co., a leading retail international franchise operator.

Sprinkles Cupcakes are baked from scratch daily and hand-crafted using the highest quality ingredients including sweet cream butter, bittersweet Belgian chocolate, pure Madagascar vanilla, fresh bananas, carrots, real strawberries and natural citrus zests.
