Terms and conditions of Harvey Nichols Loyalty Program:

1. These terms and conditions govern Harvey Nichols Clients (Client’s) participation in “AURA” which is operated by M.H.Alshaya Co. W.L.L. and its affiliated companies (Alshaya). The terms and conditions may be amended by Alshaya from time to time and continuing participation in Aura constitute your acceptance of the terms and conditions.
2. Harvey Nichols or M.H.Alshaya Co. W.L.L. is not responsible for any loss or damages to the card or voucher or gift card that was given to Client’s as one of its Loyalty Program. Any loss or damages for such card or voucher or gift card will not be replaced and will be the Client’s responsibility.
3. The validity of the gift card or voucher given will be 1 year only, starting from 28 January 2024.
4. Your personal data will only be used as outlined in Alshaya privacy policy website which is available at privacy policy.
5. When availing the 10% discount, proof of identity must be presented to store team.
6. When availing the birthday discount, proof of identity must be presented to store team.
7. If you are a VIP member in Aura with a Gold tier, you will get a 10% discount on your birthday (one time transaction only – the duration of the discount is one month).
8. If you are a VIP member in Aura with a Diamond tier, you will get a 20% discount on your birthday (one time transaction only – the duration of the discount is one month)
9. If you are a VIP member in Aura with a Platinum tier, you will get a 25% discount on your birthday (one time transaction only – the duration of the discount is one month)
10. The birthday discount applies to every transaction of the HNS Diamond, Platinum, and Gold of VIP status in Aura.
11. If the VIP member in Aura moves out of HN select membership or loyalty program, the tier status will follow the regular spend threshold.
12. The birthday discount is valid for full price and markdown stock.
13. In the till point, the manager will use manual discount or price-override function to approve the birthday discount or the 10% discount and send email for approval.
14. In case of refund/exchange, the products must be in saleable condition with original packaging and the discount will be taken into consideration.
15. The 10% discount is valid for full price and markdown stock for each transaction.
16. The HN Select gift that is mentioned on the leaflet comes in a form of a gift card with a balance based on the tier.
17. Alshaya has the right to close the Harvey Nichols loyalty program or introduce, change, amend or withdraw any offer or benefit at any time without prior notice.
18. Clients are responsible for providing the same phone number registered with Aura or scanning their Aura application at the sales point.
19. Spend recorded by Aura is the only accepted proof of spend during the program.
20. Clients are entitled to tier upgrades within the program based only on the spend recorded by Aura.
21. Client’s will be eligible to continue on the program based only on meeting the minimum required spend for Harvey Nichols Select over a 12-month period, starting from 01 January 2024, as it shown on Harvey Nichols. Clients who do not meet the minimum required spend for Harvey Nichols Select after 12 months' enrollment will not be eligible to return to the program. Any associated benefits with their previous tier will no longer be valid.
