A. The PRIVILEGES CLUB is the new loyalty programme that recognises and rewards customers who shop and dine at the 70+ global retail brands operated by M.H. Alshaya Co.
A. The PRIVILEGES CLUB rewards you for shopping and dining at Alshaya stores and restaurants, in several ways: through Monthly and Super Draws; by offering you shopping, dining and lifestyle offers and experiences that are tailored for you; and by unlocking priority access to sales and promotions.
A. Anyone who lives in one of the countries PRIVILEGES CLUB is available in. The member has to register with a valid mobile number. However, to claim prizes from PRIVILEGES CLUB’s Monthly and Super Draws you need to have a valid civil / national ID in your country of registration.
A. The programme is currently available in Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
A. You can use your PRIVILEGES CLUB card or app in any country the programme is live in. You may present your card or app while shopping and dining in any participating Alshaya store to collect draw entries.
A. Your draw entries will only be counted in your country of registration.
A. Currently, you cannot use your card or app in Starbucks. However, in Kuwait only, customers who use ‘My Starbucks Rewards’ app or card to pay in Starbucks, will have the chance to collect draw entries. To ensure entries are counted, make sure you use the same mobile number for both programmes.
A. The PRIVILEGES CLUB is not based on points. It rewards you for just being you. The PRIVILEGES CLUB offers you a range of choices and benefits that you can unlock by shopping in any of our 70+ brands.
• For every cumulative KD 5 spent in Kuwait you automatically get one entry into the Monthly Draw. For every KD 1,000 spent for a full quarter, you get one entry into the Super Draw.
• In Oman and Bahrain, for every OR 6 or BD 6 spent you get one entry to the Monthly Draw. For every OR 1200 or BD 1200 spent for a full quarter, you get one entry into the Super Draw
• In UAE, KSA and Qatar for every AED 60 / SR 60 / QR 60 spent, you get one entry to the Monthly Draw. And for every AED 12000 / SR 12000 / QR 12000 spent for a full quarter, you get one entry into the Super Draw.
A. The Monthly Draw is once every month and the Super Draw is once every three months.
A. When you select your favourite brands in the mobile app, you let us know your lifestyle preferences - where you like to shop and dine. Based on this, we create special offers and promotions only for you.
A. Yes, all you need to register for the PRIVILEGES CLUB is your email address and mobile number. The privacy settings on the app are customisable and your information is secure. We take our privacy policy very seriously. To read our privacy policy, please visit privilegesclub.com or refer to the privacy policy section in the app.
A. The PRIVILEGES CLUB app will immediately notify you if you win in any of the draws. Alternatively you can also view the list of all winners under the Monthly Draw and Super Draw tabs in the app or on the website.

A. Yes, you can. Just log on to the app, turn off notifications in the My Preferences option in the My Account tab.
