Exchange & Refund Policy - Egypt

To give our customers confidence to shop with us, our stores offer a full exchange or refund on non-faulty products within 14 days of purchase subject to the below conditions.

Returned items must be in their original and resellable condition, with all tags attached, any packaging intact and accompanied by a valid receipt.

For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear, lingerie and earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

We also offer a full exchange or refund on purchased products within 30 days of purchase in the case of manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the standards or not fit for purpose.

On gift with purchase promotions, the gift should also be returned along with the purchased product, to receive an exchange or refund.
