We value your loyalty, and your satisfaction is our top priority. Our exchange and refund policy is designed with your needs in mind, providing flexibility and assurance while always adhering to local government regulations.
In the event your purchase does not meet your expectations, we’ll do our best to make it right. You have the option to
• Exchange the item(s) within a 30-day timeframe
• Receive a Refund within 15 days, which will be issued to the original payment method.
To initiate the return process, please bring the item(s) to one of our stores in their original condition with all tags attached, along with a valid receipt. Our customer service team will be pleased to assist you, provided the following standards / conditions are met.
Sale & Promotional Items: Items purchased at reduced prices during our sales or promotional periods can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase but no refund will be provided.
Hygiene and Safety: For the well-being of all our customers, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on swimwear, lingerie, earrings, and cosmetics, unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.
Gift with Purchase: Please return any complimentary gifts along with the original purchase to qualify for an exchange or refund.
Price Discrepancies: If you notice any price discrepancies on your receipt, please don’t hesitate to ask for the store manager immediately. We're committed to resolving any concerns promptly.
Alshaya Gift Card: You always have the option to receive your refund on Alshaya Gift Card. For more details, please inquire in-store.
