Exchange & Refund Policy - Saudi Arabia

To give our customers confidence to shop with us, our stores offer a cash refund within 5 days of purchase, and also offer an exchange within 14 days.

Returned items should be in their original and resellable condition, with all tags attached, any packaging intact and accompanied by a valid receipt.

For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear, lingerie, earrings, and cosmetics cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.

Items purchased at reduced prices during sale or promotional periods can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase but no refund will be provided on these items.

On gift with purchase promotions the gift should also be returned, along with the purchased product, to receive an exchange.

If you find any price discrepancy on your purchase receipt, please ask to speak to the store manager immediately.
