  • All Baitak Rewards members can redeem their points for an e-voucher on the website at www.kfh.com/en/home/Baitak-Rewards.html or on the mobile application. E-vouchers can then be spent at any participating Alshaya store by providing it to the cashier upon payment

  • Hotel guests receive a discount voucher booklet within their welcome pack during their stay.

Nojoom rewards loyalty program
  • All Nojoom members who wish to redeem their collected points at any of our none food brands, receives an SMS with the e-voucher code and provides it at the cashier upon payment
  • All Nojoom members who wish to redeem their collected points at any of our food brands need to speak with Ooredoo to receive a monetary paper voucher and to provide it to staff upon payment
